These are all previously unreleased tracks. Daily Dose and Climbing The Mountain were originally on the "Oh Me Oh My Spenser's Pregnant" album, the only existing copy of which got forever entombed in Ryan's car CD player. Climbing The Mountain originally came with a story that Ryan would recite over the song, this story has been lost though. It basically chronicled a walk Ryan and Spenser took through Brick Valley and involved them conquering various obstacles. Daily Dose features Alex "Twats" Whattley on vocals trying to make a dick shape out of the waves in audacity. Cheeks and Hot Damn! were recorded the same day at an unknown point with Kyle Ryan and Spenser. Hot Damn! takes it's name from a bottle of hot cinnamon liqueur Spenser found in a random cupboard in his kitchen amidst various junk.
Che Cosa Fa Il Bambino is the uncut original watertape portion of the Density track off of SSWWSS made by Ryan inspired by Kyle's description of the band Shlohmo as "water sounds and the sound of someone attempting (and failing) to insert a cassette into a tape deck". Oceans is a song made by Kyle in Ryan's living room from the SSWWSS era. Aliens, Guitar Jam, and Spenser's Pants were taken from Kyle's cell phone recordings. Spenser's Pants was recorded in Ryan's basement by Kyle Jake and Ryan all yelling at Spenser who was lying on the floor face down (this wasn't unusual).
